Mini Shavell was founded by Lanae Anderson in New York in 2015. Mini Shavell is a bridal, evening wear and special occasion luxury brand for women and men apparel and millinery.

The concept behind Mini Shavell, as a mother it was hard to shop for special occasion clothing for my daughter because of her height especially amongst other things. Therefore, my daughter Sierra became my muse for my company.

Industrious director of technical design with 18 years of experience in the fashion industry. My education consist of three under graduate degrees related to fashion from Fashion Institute of Technology. Recipient of FIT pattern making certificate and CAD for Fashion Design - Art certificate. I am currently in the process of completing my Haute Couture and Millinery certificates at FIT. My goal is to receive my master degree by 2024 and become a professor at a well known fashion university and grow my brand.
